Cookie Policy
The cookies and browser storage we use, what each one is for, and how to change your choice.

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as localStorage and sessionStorage, store information in your browser in the same way. We call them all “cookies” here. This policy explains how Amigo Smart Tech uses them for DigiSignWall. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data more generally.
2. Your choice
We set analytics cookies only if you accept them. When you first visit our website we ask whether you accept analytics. Until you choose, and if you reject, Google Analytics does not set or read cookies on your device.
You can change your mind at any time. Withdrawing consent stops new analytics cookies from being set. To remove cookies already set, clear this site’s cookies in your browser settings.
We use Google Consent Mode. While analytics consent is refused or not yet given, the page may still send Google limited signals that do not use cookies, such as that a page loaded and your consent choice. These signals do not use analytics identifiers, and Google uses them only in aggregate. You can also block Google Analytics everywhere with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
3. Marketing website (digisignwall.com)
Analytics cookies (set only with your consent). Set by Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited):
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
_ga | Distinguishes browsers with a random ID, so we can count visitors and see which pages they use. | 2 years |
_ga_6Z59T06W7V | Keeps track of the session state for our Google Analytics property. | 2 years |
dsw_lead (sessionStorage) | Stops a contact-form submission from being counted twice in analytics. | Until the tab is closed |
Strictly necessary (no consent needed). These are needed for the site to work, so they cannot be turned off:
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
dsw_consent (localStorage) | Remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics, and which version of this policy you saw. | 12 months, then we ask again |
PHPSESSID | Set only on the contact page, to protect the contact form against cross-site request forgery. | Until the browser is closed |
4. Admin console (app.digisignwall.com)
The admin console does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It uses browser storage only for strictly necessary purposes:
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
digital-admin-session | Keeps you signed in by storing your access and refresh tokens. It is kept in sessionStorage, or in localStorage if you choose to stay signed in. | Until you sign out or the session expires (up to 30 days) |
digital-admin-original-token (localStorage) | Used only when an authorised administrator switches into another account to provide support, so they can switch back. | Until they switch back or sign out |
dsw-signup-plan (localStorage) | Remembers the plan you picked on our pricing page until your first sign-in. | Removed at first sign-in |
digital-admin-color-mode (localStorage) | Remembers your light or dark theme preference. | Until cleared |
Pages with maps load Google Maps from Google’s servers. Google receives your IP address and map requests, and processes them under Google’s privacy policy.
5. Players
The web player and the Android, TV and Fire TV player apps store a device identifier, the pairing session, the latest schedule and cached media files on the screen device. They need this to stay paired and to keep playing through network outages and after a restart. It is strictly necessary for the Service and is not used for tracking.
6. Changes and contact
If we add cookies or change what they are used for, we will update this page and ask for your consent again where it is needed. Questions: emailus@digisignwall.com.
