Questions about plans and billing
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan and the 14-day Pro trial both start without a card. You only enter payment details when you choose to stay on a paid plan.
What counts as a screen?
One paired display. A video wall driven by a single player counts as one screen; four displays each running their own player count as four.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal, so you keep what you paid for.
What happens if I go over my screen limit?
Nothing breaks. Existing screens keep playing and we prompt you to upgrade before pairing more. We never cut off live displays over a billing threshold.
Do you offer discounts?
Annual billing saves two months. We also offer volume pricing above 100 screens and reduced rates for registered charities and schools — get in touch.
