• You run one to three screens and prefer paying per screen.

Questions to answer before you switch

• What hardware do you already own? List every player by make and model and check it against each vendor’s supported devices. Replacing hardware can cost more than a year of software.
• Which features do you use every week? Schedules, multi-zone layouts, live data, proof-of-play or user permissions matter more than a long feature list you will never open.
• Who updates the screens? If a store manager or receptionist makes changes, try both editors with that person, not just with IT.
• What happens when the internet drops? Unplug the network on a test screen and see what it shows.
